Privacy Notice
This notice explains how AmericanPeak Asset Recovery Group handles information submitted through its public business-partner website.
Information we collect
The partner-intake form collects business contact information, company name, service needs, geographic requirements, and any program context you choose to provide. We also record submission time, landing page, referring page, campaign parameters, browser user-agent information, and a unique receipt identifier for security, attribution, and follow-up.
Do not submit consumer information
This public site is not an assignment portal. Do not submit VINs, account numbers, borrower information, payment data, Social Security numbers, or other nonpublic personal information. Secure assignment access is established only after onboarding.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to business inquiries, evaluate service fit, document consent, prevent abuse, improve website performance, and maintain a record of prospective partner communications.
Service providers and disclosure
Partner-intake submissions are routed to LeadFlow, the business relationship management system used to organize follow-up. Information may also be processed by hosting, security, analytics, legal, insurance, and professional service providers when reasonably necessary. Information is not sold through this website.
Retention and security
Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, contractual or legal requirements, dispute resolution, and security. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion by using the partner-intake form and placing “Privacy request” at the beginning of the program-context field. Identity and authority may be verified before a request is completed. Browser settings may be used to limit cookies or analytics.
Changes
This notice may be updated as operations, vendors, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
